Industrial Building Group is pleased to announce we have been awarded the design build contract for the DeBartolo Development Dry Storage Distribution Facility in West Bridgewater, MA.  The project includes a 350,000 SF warehouse facility, road improvements, signals on Rte. 106, water line and sidewalk construction on Lincoln Street.  Groundbreaking was on April 7, 2023, and the expected opening date is May 1, 2024.  The design build team includes RKB Architects and Providence Engineering and Green Environmental.

A cold storage provider has opened a new 140,000-square-foot facility at the border of Elizabeth and Newark, in a project that brought together two well-known New Jersey developers. The new FreezPak Logistics building, which was developed by Elberon Development Group and Fidelco Realty Group, has helped revitalize a previously blighted industrial site at 1029 Newark Ave. Those efforts were on display Tuesday as the commercial real estate firms joined the operator and officials from both cities to unveil the modern facility and its 10.5 million cubic feet of cold storage space.
