We’re thrilled to announce that in March 2025, Industrial Building Group (IBG) officially broke ground on a 40,000-square-foot Maintenance and Distribution Center for Marcus Partners at our newest project site, 425 JQA.

This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the growing needs of businesses in the region. The new center will not only feature cutting-edge maintenance capabilities but also offer extensive outdoor storage space, making it a highly functional hub for both maintenance and logistics operations.
