Karl Dickman is the Founder and Managing Partner for Industrail Building Group, LLC.  Karl is involved in every aspect of the company’s operation, but his focus remains developing and maintaining strategic partnerships in both the Owner/Developer and Subcontractor community. From the predevelopment phase, Karl works to clients to develop a strategy to meet their development goals.  Prior to founding Industrial Building Group in August 2020, Karl was the General Manager for Campanelli Companies in Braintree MA.  While at Campanelli, he managed the Preferred Freezer Phase 1 East Coast expansion program Building 14 Refrigerated Warehouses in 7 States in 6 years. Karl also managed Manufacturing, Health Care, Warehouse and Residential Construction Projects.  Prior to Campanelli, Karl spent 7 years as General Manager for a large Civil Contractor and 8 years as General Manager for a large Environmental Remediation Firm.  Karl is a Graduate of Springfield College where he played Varsity Football for 4 years.  Outside of work Karl enjoys Hockey, Golf, Cycling, Boating, Skiing, Snowmobiling, and working on his “Camp” in Vermont.
