Nick Thomas is the Director of Dry Storage here at Industrial Building Group.  With 25 years of experience in the construction industry,  the last 15 years focusing on the distribution warehousing and the cold storage markets,  Nick’s insight and dedication have become an integral part to his successes, while constantly striving to hone his wide skillset and build better and faster.

With several million square feet of ground up construction under his management, Nick’s strong and transparent communication skills, his ability to multi-task while remaining organized, strives to build strong, long lasting client relationships through his delivery of streamlined, well managed, cost-effective projects.

With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont, Nick brings a unique background having balanced the structure from a military based curriculum, the commitment and time management of a varsity sport and successfully completing his engineering degree.  With that exposure, comes a sense of purpose, commitment to issue resolution and a willingness to step up and do what it takes to complete the task.
