Tami comes to Industrial Building Group with 20 years of construction management experience. Her myriad of honed construction skills are impressive.  Being very organized, allows her to both provide office and file management while conducting other more project specific duties.  Once in Project mode, Tami’s skills bridge the full spectrum of a project. Client planning, market research, pre-planning & fit plan generation, to subcontractor pre-qualification to name a few.  Once a project is official, Tami transitions to the permitting and associated pre-construction activities dictated by the project and its locale, taking the project up to ground break.  Throughout the Project Tami is managing all documents, streamlining the RFI and Submittal process. As is an important start, so too is a strong finish.  Tami has extensive experience in close out procedures, punch list management and financial reporting to get all projects to completion. 

Tami’s background stems from completing her Roger Williams University, School of Architecture program, entering into her first project, restoring Historic Rhode Island Mill Buildings to their original character while transitioning their functions to include more modern Multi-Use Programs, Apartments, Office Spaces and Restaurants has construction in her blood.  Drawing on her Architecture background she is an excellent fit as our liaison between our design teams, Clients and field staff, keeping everyone on task for the delivery of a code compliant, and Client specific outline accurate project. 

 Tami’s most professional exposure has been implanting these skills in the large Commercial/Industrial Buildings, including both Cold Storage and Dry warehouse environments. It is a pleasure to have her here at IBG.
