Zan Perry is the General Manager of Cold Storage Construction for the Industrial Building Group.  Zan comes to Industrial Building Group with over 25 years of national and international industrial construction experience.  Over 15 years Zan served as the Construction Manager at Preferred Freezer Service, one of the leading 3PL Cold Storage Company’s in the world. At Preferred Freezer Service Zan built state of the art cold storage warehouses throughout the United States, Vietnam, and China.  Most recently, Zan spent 10 years as project manager and superintendent at RC Andersen, managing all aspects of warehouse construction projects both dry warehouses and cold storage throughout New Jersey.

Through Zan’s 25 years of experience he has worked with the various members of the Industrial Buidling Group team.  Zan is honored to be back working with his close colleagues in the industry, and looking to take on the cold storage world and be a part of the Industrial Building Group Team.

When Zan is not out chasing a cold storage project, he can be found on the mountain snowboarding, at the Jersey shore or a lacrosse field somewhere with his family.
